Spring Plein Air in the Gardens

Paint the changing spring plantings and landscapes in the Garden in soft pastels, an opaque medium with the color saturation of oil paint. This class is taught studio-style with individual attention and each session ends with a critique to discuss ideas and learn from one another's work. On rainy days plants from the Education Greenhouse and other subjects will be provided for the classroom at 1000 Washington. Some materials to be shared will be available, but please consult the materials list for necessary basics.

- $360 ($327 for members), plus $10 materials fee
- In addition, there is a 4.5% registration fee for all classes.
